Europe’s pioneering regulated DLT trading system 21X has commenced its primary market phase with the listing of a tokenized UBS money market fund. Black Manta Capital Partners and SBI Digital Markets jointly issued the USMO tokenized note, representing shares in the UBS (Irl) Money Market Fund.

The collaboration leverages Black Manta’s securitization expertise and SBI’s tokenization infrastructure, marking a significant advancement in institutional-grade digital asset offerings. Professional investors can now access traditional financial products through blockchain-native instruments on a fully compliant platform.
